Bread & Broth Volunteers
We currently have over 100 core volunteers! Thank you to all for your continued commitment to Bread & Broth. In order to make your volunteer time at Bread & Broth a positive experience for everyone, we offer the following guidelines:
Parking is available behind Grace Hall (left of the garages).
No Secure Storage Space is available in the kitchen. Please be sure to lock any purses, wallets, coats, etc in the trunk of your car.
Dress Casual. Keep in mind that preparing, serving and cleaning up 100 meals can get a bit messy! Wear closed-toe shoes, and shirts with sleeves. Wear your personal Bread & Broth apron, and if you have long hair, please tie it back.
Please plan to arrive on your scheduled date by 3PM. Upon your arrival, we ask you to check-in with your Team Coordinator. He/She will direct you to the volunteer activity most needed.
Sign In. Please sign in our volunteer record book. This is our record for reporting how many volunteers and how many hours are given to Bread & Broth.
If you are not able to be there on your assigned day, please contact your Team Coordinator by 12 noon on the previous day. However, it is your responsibility to arrange for your replacement.
